Matt produces and hosts “ Change the World with Matt McQuinley” every Monday from 6-7 pm South Australia time on 87.6 FM

This show focuses on changing the world for the better by focusing on taking personal responsibility, canceling cancel culture, discussing and listening to each other on topics like leadership, cultural trends, business, history and more.

The show is for people who are smart enough to know they don’t know it all

The show  focuses on finding answers, promotes finding common ground , taking personal responsibility ,destruction of victim /entitlement philosophy and  moving forward as a society by returning to the age-old basic concept of community.

Our audience is comprised of people who want to be part of the solution. They want to make a difference to others, help make the world a better place, and give their own lives meaning.

We  appeal to the above audience and focus on the shows objectives by utilising my 32 + years experience in business, military training, as well as volunteer work across 3 continents with hundreds of different people. I  also bring to bear my education, outside training, as well as interests. We  utilise my contacts in a variety of fields as well as academia in multiple countries to help us move towards our objective . We hope to build not just a successful show but a movement which will help not only radio Italia uno but also people around the world .

Some of the guests and series on the show we have done include

1) An 8 part series on leadership with myself and Neuro Change Practitioner, Master Trainer, Mentor and Performance Coach; Gwen Meyer of Incremental steps.

2) A 3 part series on financial success with Accountant, Certified Business Coach, CFO, and Business Advisor – Sarah Reimann

3) A 4 part series on policing with Derrick McManus 40+ year veteran of elite STAR group IN SA police who survived being shot 14 times, returned to the police force in a full duty capacity, and upon retirement heads the Australian Centre for Human Durability.

4) A 10 part series on mental health with experts like David Moran, CEO of Mental Health Partners; and Susana Bluwol Bloch; Founder and Executive Director of Bipolar Australia.

And many, many other leaders in a variety of occupations, businesses, and directors of non for profits who are focused on helping others as well as changing the world for the better.

Our show also realises that  there is a crisis of leadership in the world.  We also know that the current education system which Horace Mann designed in 1837 does not support the fast – changing, new digital world of technology that we live in today. The skills being taught are outdated.  This is not the teachers’ fault, our governments’ fault or our parents’ fault.  This is due to a rapidly changing world full of technology & unforeseen circumstances. Gen Z’s are caught in the middle. We need to look at developing emerging leaders with relevant leadership & multi disciplinary life skills that can help them in this journey, and teach them how to maintain connection as well as a sense of community. We need to help young people build inner strength and resilience and teach them how to work on their passion projects with other like – minded, driven, individuals.  Purposeful, contribution driven people are resourceful, creative and highly innovative. They are also happy. Happy people are highly productive performers, and are also healthier, live longer and  fit for service.

“Matt interviewed me on his Radio Show/ Podcast. He did an excellent job of prepping beforehand. With this preparation he was equipped to ask questions which made it easy for me to share my message.
~Mandy Lyons- Mental fitness and emotional well / being  trainer at Live Kind Co.

“I found Matt easy to work with and always felt at ease around him in a studio setting. Matt demonstrated an ability to get the most out of the interview by paraphrasing my comments such that the listener may find it easier to understand. This is not an easy medium for many to venture into, but I found Matt well able to make you feel at home and to enjoy the event. Thanks again for your kind invitation and time to talk about something that is very close to both our hearts being Men’s Health and the importance of being true to yourself. I absolutely enjoyed the experience on your program “Change the World. With Matt McQuinley”. Your professionalism and energy made my first live in-house radio experience fun and memorable.

Keep up the great work!
Thanks
